A beautiful day for some JV Black Millers soccer as your team was on the road to face off against St Ignatius.
First half started off a bit rockey for your JV Black Millers. Passes weren’t connecting, and St Ignatius was looking like they were going to run away with the win. After a quick half time, the team came together and quickly turned up the pressure to show St Ignatius what it means to be a Miller. Two goals from Sam Holland, assisted by Luke Smith and Pavlos Michealoff created a lead. The defensive line for the Millers held strong, but let a goal in with only Five seconds remaining, ending the game, 2-1. A great effort by both teams.
