The Millers had their first home game of the season tonight versus Perry Meridian.
The team started off on the offensive early in the match hitting the post only a few minutes in from freshman Brady Frayer. While the Millers pressed their advantage, they found the back of the net with a strike from sophomore Korey Klimek. Throughout the half, the Millers kept their advantage with a high amount of possession and good chances throughout.
The second half brought more of the same for the Millers. Soon into the second half, sophomore Keller Willis intercepted a ball off of a goal kick and put it in the back of the net to give the Millers a 2-0 lead. This lead proved to be enough and led them to their first win of the season.
The Millers have a tough test this Thursday versus Carmel at home.
