Why I Chose My School: Two things lead me to decide on Illinois College: First was the price after scholarship, I believe it is very important that I am able to walk away from school with only a small amount of debt. Secondly, and more importantly, I based my decision off of the campus. Illinois College has an intimate and friendly campus that I believe will help me find success.
How I Want to Get Involved: Outside of sports I look forward to joining or starting a band and playing gigs for parties and churches in the nearby area. I also look forward to traveling abroad while I am at Illinois College.
My Biggest Inspiration: My biggest inspiration is Jake Hart. He is the high school goalie coach and was my goalie coach for all four years and though he has faced many adversities through his life, he has never allowed them to hold him back from achieving, furthermore he is driven by what is right and I hope to be driven the same way he is someday.
I Would Like to Thank: I would like to thank my mother and father as they have been my two #1 fans no matter what it is I am pursuing. Whether they have enjoyed it or not, they have been my backbone for the entirety of my life.
Head Coach Ken Dollaske, Noblesville Millers Boys Soccer
“Miles will continue the tradition of Noblesville High School producing strong goalkeepers going on to play at higher levels. Miles’ shot-stopping abilities along with his excellent field vision and communication skills make him a great addition to the Illinois College soccer program. Not only is Miles a quality goalkeeper, but he is a fantastic teammate; during Miles’ four years at NHS, he was able to aid in the positive culture transformation of the program. He will be missed and the Millers wish him success at the next level.”
